Staying at Episode Gading Serpong was an absolute delight - from the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and efficiency by the attentive staff. the hotel's welcoming ambiance, combined with its pristine facilities and thoughtful amenities like the tea set and coffee machine in the Family Room, truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We indulged in the diverse culinary offerings at the restaurant, catering to both local and international palates, and found the Chinese-inspired interior design to be a unique touch that added a sense of cultural immersion. the Sandjong Spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, where skilled therapists provided rejuvenating treatments amidst a beautifully decorated setting.
